The Hootie & The Blowfish Foundation was founded in 2000 and one of its primary goals is to benefit children’s education. To help local teachers and schools in this effort, Hootie & The Blowfish are asking their fans to bring a school supply item with them to the concert. All the school supplies that are collected that evening will be delivered to the local schools in your community in the most need.
To date, the Homegrown Tour has filled over 30 bus loads of supplies for schools and we couldn't have done it without our fans. We appreciate you support.
